Join our community as we start our Earth Day campaign. It is important to keep our environment clean as it is where we live along with our future generations. We are committed to reducing waste with simple steps that can be taken by anyone. To start, we are encouraging customers to bring in their own reusable cup for us to serve coffee in rather than using plastic. Additionally, only taking what is needed in regards to utensils, napkins, and straws. Our Earth Day will be celebrated with the launch of reusable cups along with reusable straws. Not only is it a great way to support a small local business but you can feel good knowing you are reducing your waste. This year we hope to succeed in our planet-positive goals and we hope you are able to join us. Additionally, we will include a list of recycling and composting areas in Las Vegas in order to facilitate the process. Through this we will be able to further help our planet and communities. Regarding our coffee beans, we strive in getting resources properly as we make sure they are ethically sourced. Sustainability is something we value and plan to implement the most throughout our business. Join us as we learn to be sustainable in every aspect of our lives while understanding the importance of it. We look forward to cutting the footprint of our carbon, water, and waste!

All About our Cafe Canario

Our Cafe Canario, also known as a Cafe Bombon, originates from Spain. It is a typical but straightforward espresso drink enjoyed throughout cafeterias around Spain. Our Cafe Canario has the forward flavors of chocolate and orange mix nicely with the afternotes of a creamy, sweet boldness. Sweetened condensed milk is poured into the glass first, and then our house-roasted expresso is slowly poured on top. Then our Bali blend mixed with a little bit of cocoa powder and vanilla tops it off nicely. This sweet treat is the perfect midday pick-me-up or after-lunch dessert for when you just need something a little sweet in your life.

History of Cafe Canario

Cafe Canario was founded in the Canary Islands and sold throughout cafeterias, giving itself the name Cafe Canario. However, it is also called café bombón after the creator, who was a barista nicknamed barraquito and gave it a little twist. A Cafe Bombon is made with Liquor 43, a lemon peel, and cinnamon. This sweet, rich drink is now loved throughout the world with or without liquor. A Cafe Canario or Bombon is to be poured in an expresso shot glass to see the different layers and be enjoyed slowly.
